View Support Tickets

Customers can view all of their tickets by going to Log in and click on the arrow by the username.

  • Click on My Activities.
  • View all requests here.  
  • To view the request or respond to Cytracom, open the ticket by clicking on the subject.
  • Click on Requests I'm CC'd on to view requests the user is CC'd on (maybe somebody else on the account submitted a request, but CC'd another user to keep them in the loop).
  • Filter the list by the dropdown labeled Status on the right if desired.
