  • [Devices] Enabled configuration and set up for Cytracom's newly designed D2 desk phone. 
  • [Extensions] Added the ability to choose business hours for call routing strategies.
  • [Extensions] Added the ability to distinguish routing between a desk phone and the Cytracom Mobile App.
  • [Integration HUB] Added the ability to manage usage of applications via enabling and disabling apps per account.
  • [Integration HUB] Added the ability to vote on certain integrations.

  • [Accounting] Resolved an issue with missing Canadian state codes.

  • [APP] Enabled iOS mobile users to utilize Cytracom VoIP functionality for advanced call controls, presence indicators, visual voicemail, contact lists. and incoming call identification.
