The Kaseya integration can be enabled from the integrations tab in the portal.
- Log into secure.cytracom.net
- Click on the Integrations tab
- Click on Learn More on the BMS widget
- Toggle on to enable the integration
- Login to BMS
- Go to Admin on the top navbar
- Go to My Company, then Cytracom Integration
- Set “Enable Cytracom Integration” to “Yes”
- Click Save to save the change
- The “C” icon should appear in the bottom-right, and employees can then login with their credentials
