Cytracom applications offer numerous communication features for people using Cytracom services.
- A person must have their customer administrator set up their user. Refer to the article on Adding a New User
- The user must have an assigned extension
Integrations need to be enabled in the Integration Hub
- Login to secure.cytracom.net
- Click on the Integrations tab
- Click Enable on the tile for the desired application(s):
