Cytracom App Access Prerequisites

Cytracom applications offer numerous communication features for people using Cytracom services. There are a few prerequisite settings for a person to begin using the applications:

  • A person must have their customer administrator set up their user. Refer to the article on Adding a New User
  • The user must have an assigned extension
  • Integrations need to be enabled in the Integration Hub
    • Login to
    • Click on the Integrations tab
    • Click Enable on the tile for the desired application(s):
      • Cytracom Desktop
      • Mobile App
        • Apple Store for iOS access here
        • Google Play for Android access here
      • Cliq
        • Windows Application ( remains functional, but replaced by Desktop
