Cytracom ControlOne: Agent Installation and sign In (MacOS)

This article discusses how to install the ControlOne agent on MacOS machines.

Description

To register a user, download the app, and log in: 

1. Click the Join Now link in the email invitation.
   
2. The registration page will open in your browser.
   
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Password, and confirm your password. 
4. Click the Create new account button.
5. On the next screen, add Application or SMS 2-factor authentication if desired or you may choose to skip.
6. Download the application applicable to your OS. In this case, choose Download for Mac. 
7. The Installer.pkg will download. Once the download finishes, open the file and follow the installation prompts. 
8. Once the installation is complete, a window will pop up in the top right of your screen.
   
9. Enter your Username and Password used when registering.
   NOTE: Your username is your email address.
10. Click the Sign In button to sign in to the ControlOne agent.
