UCaaS Core Environment Migration

Cytracom is upgrading its underlying UCaaS infrastructure to further enhance reliability, performance, and reporting, delivering an even better experience for our customers. Starting March 1, 2026, accounts will be migrated to the new environment in phased groups.

Resetting the Polycom SoundStation Series

Press menu on the device
Navigate to Settings > Advanced (password is 456) > Admin Settings > Reset Device Config

The device will then reboot. Factory default settings will be restored.
