This article discusses how to place a call on your Cytracom VoIP phone.

Description
Dial the internal extension, press the multi-purpose key in the lower right-hand screen for the person, or dial the ten digit phone number of the desired party. Press dial to use the speakerphone or pick up the handset.
Switching from handset to speakerphone
If you want to switch from the handset to the speakerphone, press the 
button and put the handset back in the cradle.
Adjusting the call volume
To adjust the volume of a call use the 
button.
