This article discusses how to add a new ControlOne customer.
Environment
- Cytracom Partner Portal
Description
You can either add a brand new Cytracom customer, or add ControlOne to an existing Cytracom customer.
Adding a new Cytracom customer
1. In the Cytracom Partner Portal, click Manage Customers in the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. In the customer list, click the New ControlOne Customer button.
3. Your controlOne customer list will display. If this is your first customer, this list will be blank. Click the Create New Customer button.
4. Enter the customer's contact information, then click Next.
5. In the Add-ons list, select the additional service enhancements for this customer. The system will automatically update your quote to include the price of the selected add-ons.
When finished, click the Order button at the bottom of the Add-ons list. Your customer will now appear in the customer list.
Adding ControlOne to an existing Cytracom UCaaS customer
1. In the Cytracom Partner Portal, click Manage Customers in the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
2. In the customer list, click the New ControlOne Customer button.
3. Select the existing customer from the list, then click the Next button.
4. The system will return you to that company's entry in the customer list with the option to add service in the ControlOne column. Click the Add Service button to continue.
5. In the Add-ons list, select the additional service enhancements for this customer. The system will automatically update your quote to include the price of the selected add-ons.
When finished, click the Order button at the bottom of the Add-ons list. Your customer will now appear in the customer list.
