Cytracom UCaaS Core Environment Migration

Cytracom UCaaS is rolling out on a brand-new, upgraded environment, the most significant update to our service to date. This upgrade delivers major improvements to reliability, performance, and reporting to ensure a better experience for you and your customers.

This new platform is the result of analyzing millions of call sessions, incorporating direct partner feedback, and testing. Thank you to everyone who contributed. Your input helped bring this to life.


Action Required: Schedule Migrations by the End of February 2026

Until the end of February 2026, partners can schedule migration at their convenience using our self-service migration tool.  Beginning March 1, 2026, Cytracom will migrate accounts in groups, and coordinating specific migration dates will no longer be an option.  To maintain control over timing and minimize disruption, we strongly recommend scheduling migration proactively using the self-service tool. 


What This Upgrade Means for You and Your Customers

This new architecture includes major improvements across the platform, including:

  • Uptime and resiliency improvements that reduce the impact of network congestion and improve reliability 
  • More reliable BLF and call status monitoring with faster, more consistent updates across devices 
  • Data integrity enhancements to improve platform accuracy and visibility 
  • Crystal-clear call quality on every call

Along with platform upgrades, this release also enhances Cytracom Insights, our reporting and analytics suite. Insights helps you:

  • Track call quality 
  • Monitor system performance 
  • Review call data in real time

With this upgrade, Insights is now even more powerful—delivering accurate, complete, and timely data you can trust.


Self-Service Migration Scheduling

To give you control and flexibility, a self-service migration scheduling tool is available in the Cytracom PBX portal.

  • You will see a banner at the top of the PBX portal prompting you to click to select customers and schedule migrations
  • You can choose the migration date for each customer and track the status of all scheduled migrations in one place
  • All scheduled migrations will occur at 9:00 PM CST on the selected day

⚠️ Important: This self-service scheduling tool will only be available through the end of February 2026

Partners who have not scheduled their customer migrations by that time will have their migrations coordinated by Cytracom to ensure the platform transition is completed by the end of March 2026.

We strongly encourage you to take action as soon as possible to control timing, minimize disruption, and ensure a smooth experience for your customers.


Firewall & Network Preparation

  • If you are using ControlOne: No action is required. All configuration updates occur automatically.
  • If you are not using ControlOne: Action is required prior to migration.

Please add the following IP ranges to your firewall and QoS rules before scheduling your migrations:

  • 64.58.110.1 – 64.58.111.254 (64.58.110.0/23)
  • 3.208.72.128 – 3.208.72.158 (3.208.72.128/27)

Note - do not remove the current subnet range. The above should be added to ensure a smooth transition. The original can be left indefinitely, or removed after the transfer is complete.
