Occasionally a device will need to be manually provisioned. Follow the steps below to retrieve the SIP credentials of a particular extension.
- Log into the portal at secure.cytracom.net
- Click on PBX
- Click on extensions tab
- Click on the extension number that needs the credentials
- Click on SIP Config tab to obtain the SIP username and password
Note: DO NOT click on the "Generate New Password" tab. The device will not work properly if this is done.
