- Connect phones to the local network.
- Confirm registration in the PBX portal and have users test dial 911 by calling "933."
- Test dial temporary numbers to ensure they work properly.
- Forward client's current numbers to Cytracom assigned temporary numbers and test dial the numbers to ensure they are set up correctly.
- Confirm user's phones are configured as desired. (BLF keys, volume)
- Have customer visit cytracom.com/start for basic phone operations.
- Make sure the web user knows how to log in to PBX portal.
- Make sure all users know who to contact and how to contact if they need help.
