Physical Setup / Training (Step 4)

  • Connect phones to the local network.

  • Confirm registration in the PBX portal and have users test dial 911 by calling "933."

  • Test dial temporary numbers to ensure they work properly. 

  • Forward client's current numbers to Cytracom assigned temporary numbers and test dial the numbers to ensure they are set up correctly.
