Gather Customer Info (Step 2)

  • Confirm shipping address and shipping arrangements.
  • Obtain a list of first name, last name, and extension numbers.
  • Set the access level of the users when they use Cytracom's portal:
    • Reseller (Partner)
    • Customer Accounting
    • Customer PBX
    • Customer Employee
  • Obtain porting information:
    • Recent phone bill
    • List of phone numbers to be ported
  • Obtain information on any new numbers:
    • City and state desired or
    • Area desired
