Local Network Setup (Step 1)

  • Ensure network readiness- request monitoring if not recently completed

  • Confirm Double NAT isn't present

  • Make sure the router/firewall is capable of handling VoIP traffic

    • Confirm QoS is setup properly
    • Confirm SIP ALG is disabled
