This article discusses how to view your tickets submitted to Cytracom Technical Support

Description
You can view all support tickets with the following procedure:
1. Log into help.cytracom.com
2. Click the arrow by your username, then click My Activities from the drop-dowm menu. The system will display a list of all of your tickets.
- To view the request or respond to Cytracom, open the ticket by clicking on the subject.
- Click on Requests I'm CC'd on to view requests the user is CC'd on (maybe somebody else on the account submitted a request, but CC'd another user to keep them in the loop).
- Filter the list by the dropdown labeled Status on the right if desired.
