Factory resetting should only be done if requested to do so by Cytracom support staff.
- Access the menu of the device by pressing the center, circular navigation button.
- Scroll to the "System" option and select by pressing the center button again.
- Scroll to the "Factory Reset" option and select by pressing the center button again.
- Confirm by pressing the "Yes" option.
- The phone will reboot and reset.
