Factory Resetting and Re-Provisioning the GXP21XX Series

Factory resetting should only be done if requested to do so by Cytracom support staff.

  • Access the menu of the device by pressing the center, circular navigation button.
  • Scroll to the "System" option and select by pressing the center button again.
  • Scroll to the "Factory Reset" option and select by pressing the center button again.
  • Confirm by pressing the "Yes" option.
  • The phone will reboot and reset.
  • To re-provision follow the steps found here.
