Description

Spam Guard is a Cytracom feature that helps protect your business by filtering out fraudulent calls, so your team can stay focused on what matters.

How does Spam Guard work?

Spam Guard automatically identifies and sends incoming spam, telemarketing, and fraudulent calls to a managed Spam Guard mailbox, ensuring that spam calls never reach you or your team. Once enabled, Spam Guard works seamlessly in the background, without the need to adjust settings.

Enabling Spam Guard

1. Log into the Cytracom Partner Portal, then click Customers from the left-hand Navigation menu.

2. Select your customer from the customer list, then click PBX Settings, and then expand the menu.

Checking voicemails in Spam Guard

If you add the spam guard mailbox to an extension's list of monitored mailboxes, that user will be able to see the spam guard voicemails along with the others portal, desktop, and mobile voicemails.
