Capturing and Exporting a HAR file from Desktop App

Summary: The following article will guide you on obtaining and exporting a HAR file from Google Chrome or the Cytracom Desktop App.

  • Right-click the white space at the top of the desktop app and select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element."

  • With the Inspector open, select "Network." (If not visible, you may need to click the double arrows Screenshot 2026-05-04 075521.png )

  • With the "Network" tab selected, duplicate the error you are experiencing with the desktop app.
  • Next, use "Export HAR" to download the file and submit it to Cytracom Support.

  • Reply to the active email thread with support and attach the HAR file.
