Overview

To ensure the best performance, security, and user experience when using our UC web-based desktop application, we recommend using one of the supported web browsers listed below.

 

Supported Browsers

The following browsers are fully supported:

  • Brave Browser (latest version)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

We recommend keeping your browser updated to the most recent version to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.

 

Unsupported Browsers

The following browser is not supported:

  • Microsoft Edge

While the application may load or function in Microsoft Edge, we do not test, validate, or provide support for issues encountered when using this browser.

 

Alternative Option: Desktop Application

If you prefer not to use a supported web browser, you can install our desktop application instead.

The desktop application provides direct access to the platform without requiring a web browser and is the recommended alternative for users who are unable to use a supported browser.
