- Press the mailbox button
- Enter the password for that mailbox followed by #
- Follow the system prompts after listening to the message for further options
*Note - If you are calling into a dedicated phone number from outside of the office to check your mailbox, press * when you hear the greeting, enter the mailbox number (ID), followed by the pin number.
