- Go to the App Store and download Groundwire
- Click on the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner
- Click on Accounts
- Click on Generic Sip Account at the top
- Title is the name of the account
- Find the username and password here
- The domain is register.cytracom.net
- After all fields are completed press Save, and the account will register
- Enter the same SIP username from the previous screen under Auth User Name
