This article discusses how to enable 7-digit dialing in Cytracom UCaaS.
Environment
- Cytracom UCaas.
Description
To bypass dialing the three-digit local area code, a system administrator can enable 7-digit dialing on the account by following the steps below.
Procedure
1. In the Cytracom Partner Portal, click PBX.

2. Click the Expand menu icon, then clicl Global Settings in the expanded options.

3. Enable 7-digit dialing and enter the area code in the box populated to the right, then click Update General Settings to save the changes.
