Park a Call

Note: By default the phone does not have any BLF keys configured as parking lot keys; however, these keys can be provisioned and activated through the PBX in the Cytracom Portal. The BLF keys are typically on the lower right of the device. Parking a call in one of these "parking spaces" allows other users to pick them up easily from any device on the account.

  • While on an active call, press the BLF key corresponding to the parking lot space for the call to be parked.
  • Any user on the account with these programmed parking lot keys can pick up the call by pressing the illuminated red key next to the parked call.
