How to Park a Call on the System

  • Dial the phone number or extension and press the green phone button to initiate the call
  • Once the call is connected, the call can be parked
  • Blind transfer the call to a parking spot that has already been programmed on the system (typically these are 701-709)
  • Press the Options soft key on the left side under the LCD screen
  • Select Transfer
  • Enter the desired parking space (701-709)
  • Press the Transfer soft key again to park the call
  • The call can be retrieved by anyone on the system by dialing that parking space
