To bypass dialing the three-digit local area code, a system administrator can enable 7-digit dialing on the account by following the steps below:
- Log into the portal at secure.cytracom.net
- Click
PBX - Click the
+on the right to expand the menu - Click on
Global Settings - Enable 7-digit dialing and enter the area code in the box populated to the right
- Click
Update General Settingsto save the changes
