Cytracom UCaaS: How to change a name on an extension

Changing a name for an extension can be done by anyone with PBX or admin access to the portal. Once logged into the portal:

Procedure

1. In the Cytracom Portal, click the PBX tab at the top of the window.

2. Click the Extensions tab.

3. Find the extension you wish to change, then click the Edit icon.

4. Update the name, then click the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.

5. Reboot the device.
