Call Blocking allows a user to block specified outbound and inbound numbers. The exact 10 digit number must be known.  

The system will play a pre-recorded message that states, “Your call cannot be completed as dialed” to an inbound caller. The outbound caller will hear a message similar to, “Your call cannot be dialed, this is a blocked number.”

  • Go to the PBX tab, click + on the right side of the menu bar.
  • Click on Call Blocking on the right.
  • Click on New, and enter the ten digit number and direction of the call block.
  • Click Save.
