In order to transfer a call directly to voicemail:
- Press the transfer (phone to phone) key.
- Dial the extension number followed by
* - Press the transfer (phone to phone) key again.
The call will go directly to the transferred extension’s voicemail.
A transfer key can be programmed on a device for this function if needed. Please contact System Administrator for further assistance.
Note: On occasion, an extension number may not be the same as the mailbox number. If this is the case, the mailbox number can be dialed.
